Due to the tough economic times that our country is going thru, the FPBR has
decided to shorten its season, so that the parents wont be in such a strain and
allow them to still let their kids follow the dream of, one day, becoming the
WORLD CHAMPION BULLRIDER. We will be starting the 2010 season in late
Feb or early March, and continue thru July. The new schedule will be posted
soon, and there will be some notable changes to the direction that we will be
going.
As you have noticed, there is now a touring pro division. The 16-U Jr Bulls will
now be supplied by Jeffcoat Cattle Company. This is a step down from the
double rank stock that Boyd & Floyd Bull Co was bringing. However, for those
wishing to still ride the double rank bulls, we have started the touring pro
division. A contestant that members up in the 16-U can also move up to ride the
tougher bulls as well. These touring pros will be held in conjunction with the
FPBR, but will also be scheduled in other venues with other events to be
announced soon. The first bullriding is tentatively scheduled for March 13th.

Due to an unforeseen medical condition, the first bullriding has
been push back to March 13th. My wife, Jessie, is undergoing
surgery Feb 3rd and I need to dedicate my time to helping her get
well. I ask for your prayers and hope that you all understand the
